What does the council do?
The Co-ownership Council monitors the management of the Parktoren and works closely with the property manager. We focus on proper maintenance, careful use of funds and clear communication with property owners. In this way, we aim to help make the building a pleasant place to live and preserve the long-term value of everyone’s property.
